CONDITIONS OF USE & SALE
Any order of products distributed by PANDORE SAS implies the acceptation, without any reserve, of the sales’ terms here below. They cancel any different or contrary clause represented in the documents or the client’s correspondence.
ARTICLE 1 : OBJET
The sales offer concerns the products represented in the catalogue of the online store. The sales offer is issued by the webstore keeper towards the client who orders by clicking on the button “Order”. The client reckons having taken knowledge, previously to the order, of the sales terms here by defined; consequently he abides by them without any reserve.

Any notification, written exchange or request will be made at the postal address indicated or at the following mail address: info@absinthe-pandor.com. All products’ essential characteristics are mentioned on the online catalogue, the all tax included prices, the shipping fees, the shipping or execution modalities.
ARTICLE 3 : ORDER ON LINE
On the internet: www.absinthepandor.com the client orders his product by clicking on the button “Order”. Should the product be delivered or executed other differently than via the internet, the client will receive, as far as possible, a written confirmation of the contract as well as the reminder of the preliminary conditions.
ARTICLE 4 : PRICES
The prices of the products are indicated in Euros and in French Francs all tax included and without shipping fees. In case of an order towards a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the concern products. For all the products shipped outside the European Union and the French Overseas Departments and Territories, the prices will be calculated without taxes automatically on the bill. Custom fees or any other local taxes are likely to be dued. These fees and sums don’t come under PANDORE SAS’ responsibility. It will be your responsibility to take care of them in terms of both declaration and payments to the authorities and institutions competent in your country. We advise you to gather information on these aspects of regulation with the local authorities. All orders, whatever the origin, are payable in Euros (the effective exchange rate for the euro is set at 6,55957FF). PANDORE SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any moment but the products are billed on the basis of the fees in effect at the moment of the recording of the order. The products remain the property of PANDORE SAS until the complete payment of the price.
ARTICLE 5 : CONFIRMATION
The client disposes of a seven day delay to retract himself. This delay starts at the reception of the product, when it is a good, and at the conclusion of the contract when the product is a service.
The client will not be able to claim this right under the following hypothesis: the providing of a service whose execution has started or has been entirely delivered before the end of the seven day delay.
The providing of goods that, according to their very nature, cannot be sent back or are likely to be deteriorated or to spoil quickly.
The providing of audio or video recording or computer software unsealed by the consumer.
The client exercises this revocation option without having to give any justifications, nor penalties to pay for. On the other hand, the direct shipping fees to send the product s are on his behalf.
